What You’re Buying
NY Elizabeth is an international luxury auction house specializing in fine jewelry, watches, handbags, art, collectibles, vehicles, and investment-grade assets. Items are offered via live auctions, private sales, and direct purchase.

Bidding Is Binding
Every bid placed is a legally binding commitment to purchase if you are the winning bidder. Please bid responsibly and ask all questions before bidding.

Buyer’s Premium & Fees

A 25% buyer’s premium is added to the hammer price on all lots.

If you bid and win through a third-party platform (LiveAuctioneers, Invaluable, etc.), an additional 5% internet surcharge applies.
Taxes, VAT, duties, shipping, and import fees are paid by the buyer unless otherwise stated.

Payment Timeline
Payment is due within two (2) business days from the auction ending.

Accepted payment methods depend on category and value and may include bank wire, Zelle, ACH, or approved credit card processing.

All Sales Are Final
All auction and private sales are final. We don't offer Returns or exchanges.

Shipping Timeline
Most orders ship within 10–15 business days after payment clears.

Items may ship from the United States, United Kingdom, Europe, or Japan depending on location. Customs and carrier delays may extend delivery times.

Condition & Authenticity

All items are sold as is, where is. Descriptions, images, and condition reports are provided as guidance and may reflect professional opinion. Buyers are encouraged to request condition information prior to bidding.

Certificates & Appraisals

Eligible jewelry, watches, and handbags may include an NY Elizabeth Certificate of Authenticity. Appraisals, when provided, are for informational purposes only and do not represent resale or investment value.

Gold, Silver, and Bullion Lots

Due to market volatility, precious metal lots are subject to strict payment timelines. Delays may result in daily market-risk fees (see Terms).
